Seldom do we come across brides who rock so many different looks on every function- and each one more stylish than the other! Dharshana rocked a pant suit on the Sangeet, a pretty customised printed outfit, a resplendent red lehenga on her reception, and of course a stunning traditional kanjivaram on her wedding day. Loved the variation according to the event, which led to a wedding that is definitely loaded with inspiration!

Our wedding took place on March 3, 2023, and just like any girl, I have been curating mood boards and saving inspo from WedMeGood since the days of ‘wanting a marriage than a husband’ LOL ! The wedding theme was ‘Meenakshi Thirukalyanam’ as I’m from Madurai and if not an ode to my city’s festivity, what else would?

For a wedding saree, drawing inspiration from my mother’s wedding look, I was sure to go with shades of pink which is also very symbolic of India. Not to miss my affinity for the royal and ritzy Sabyasachi - red lehengas. I wore them for one of my receptions.
